INFORMATION AND RULES REGARDING PARTICIPATION IN THE ST. DOMINIC'S FAIR 2026
Dear Sir/Madam,
Below we present selected information, abbreviated participation rules, and important dates for the St. Dominic's Fair 2026.
Basic information about this year's St. Dominic's Fair:
The St. Dominic's Fair in the streets of the City Centre will take place from 25.07 – 16.08.2026.
2) IMPORTANT! New locations will be included in this year's St. Dominic's Fair:
- For Crafts/Artists and Foodstuffs:
– A wide section from Pańska Street to Drzewny Market
– Rajska – extension to Heweliusza Street
– Old Town Cellars – section from U Furty Street to Lawendowa Street
- Collector's Zone
Coal Market
– area near the Katownia
3) The market will not take place on the streets:
– Długie Ogrody Street (Collectors)
– Szafarnia Street (Crafts, Artists, Foodstuffs)
– Most Stągiewny (Crafts, Artists)
– Green Bridge (Crafts, Artists)
4) „Premium Zones” – special, prestigious locations of the Fair, in the year 2026, will include Węglarska Street, Pańska Street, Szeroka Street (section from Węglarska to Złotników), Kołodziejska Street and Podmłyńską (NEW) and stalls at Grobla I (NEW)
5) Preferred range – we invite Exhibitors with unique, local products, artisans and designers (also in the spirit of eco and zero waste), as well as original world cuisines and local food produce to collaborate.
6) Event Development – Continuing the Festival Marketing Strategy for the Fair
7) Grand Prix Market – a prestigious competition for Exhibitors with the most interesting merchandise, aimed at promoting their authors and recognising the best Market debuts.
Terms and conditions of participation and important dates:
Submitted tenders are analysed by the Verification Committee according to the criteria set out in the Regulations.
- In accordance with the Regulations, offers from Exhibitors who have made booking fees for 2026 are considered first. Said Exhibitors are obliged to submit a correctly completed Participation Application Form within 7 days from receiving the email about the opening of registrations (i.e. until 28.04.2026). If no application is submitted within the deadline, the Priority Fair Reservation expires and the fee will not be refunded.
- Applicants who have submitted a correctly completed Application Form by 06.05.2026, you will receive information regarding the status of your application (accepted for implementation / entered on the reservation list – no demand or space for the proposed assortment / cancelled) 12 June 2026.
- Applicants who have submitted a correctly completed Application Form between 07.05.2026 and 22.06.2026, they will receive information regarding the status of the application (accepted for implementation / entered on the reservation list – no demand or space for the proposed assortment / cancelled) until 30.06.2026.
- We inform you that applications made applications received after 22.06.2026 may not be considered.
Sending an offer does not guarantee receiving a stand.
