The data provided in the form is processed for the purpose arising from the function of the specific form, e.g. for the purpose of handling a service request or commercial contact, service registration, etc. Each time, the context and description of the form clearly inform what it is used for.
Information about user behaviour on the website may be logged. This data is used for website administration.
The operator uses statistical analysis of website traffic via Google Analytics (Google Inc., based in the USA). The operator does not transfer personal data to the service provider, only anonymised information. The service relies on the use of cookies on the user's end device. Regarding information about user preferences collected by the Google advertising network, the user can view and edit information derived from cookies using the tool: https://www.google.com/ads/preferences/
The Operator employs remarketing techniques that allow advertising messages to be tailored to a user's behaviour on the site, which may give the illusion that the user's personal data is being used for tracking. However, in practice, no personal data is transferred from the Operator to advertising operators. The technological prerequisite for such actions is the enablement of cookie support.
The operator uses the Facebook pixel. This technology allows Facebook (Facebook Inc., with headquarters in the USA) to know that a registered user is using the Service. In this case, it relies on data for which Facebook itself is the administrator. The Operator does not pass on any additional personal data to Facebook. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user's end device.
The operator uses a solution that analyses user behaviour by creating heatmaps and recording behaviour on the site. This information is anonymised before being sent to the service operator, so they do not know which specific individual it relates to. In particular, passwords entered and other personal data are not recorded.
The Operator uses a solution that automates the Service's operation with regard to users, e.g. it may send an email to a user after they have visited a specific subpage, provided they have consented to receive commercial correspondence from the Operator.
The service uses cookies.
