Dear future Market Exhibitor! Before proceeding to the registration system Please read the following information carefully.,
That will help you prepare for the proper submission of your application.

Basic information about this year's St. Dominic's Fair:

  1. The St. Dominic's Fair will take place on the streets of Gdańsk's city centre.
    from 25.07 – 16.08.2026.

  2. IMPORTANT! New locations will be included in this year's St. Dominic's Fair:

    • For Crafts/Artists and Foodstuffs:

    – A wide section from Pańska Street to Drzewny Market

    – Rajska – extension to Heweliusza Street

    – Old Town Cellars – section from U Furty Street to Lawendowa Street

    • Collector's Zone

    Coal Market

    – area near the Katownia

  3. The market will not take place on the streets:

    – Długie Ogrody Street (Collectors)

    – Szafarnia Street (Crafts, Artists, Foodstuffs)

    – Most Stągiewny (Crafts, Artists)

    – Green Bridge (Crafts, Artists)

  4. „Premium Zones” – special, prestigious locations of the Fair, in the year 2026, will include Węglarska Street, Pańska Street, Szeroka Street (section from Węglarska to Złotników), Kołodziejska Street and Podmłyńską (NEW) and stalls at Grobla I (NEW)

  5. Preferred range – we invite Exhibitors with unique, local products, artisans and designers (also in the spirit of eco and zero waste), as well as original world cuisines and local food products to collaborate.

  6. Event development – continuing the Jarmark's festival marketing strategy.

  7. Fair Grand Prix – a prestigious competition for Exhibitors with the most interesting goods, aiming to promote their authors and recognise the Fair's best debutants.

Participation Rules and Important Dates:

Submitted tenders are analysed by the Verification Committee according to the criteria set out in the Regulations.

  1. In accordance with the Regulations, offers from Exhibitors who have made booking fees for 2026 are considered first. Said Exhibitors are obliged to submit a correctly completed Participation Application Form within 7 days from receiving the email about the opening of registrations (i.e. until 28.04.2026). If no application is submitted within the deadline, the Priority Fair Reservation expires and the fee will not be refunded.
  2. Applicants who have submitted a correctly completed Application Form by 06.05.2026, you will receive information regarding the status of your application (accepted for implementation / entered on the reservation list – no demand or space for the proposed assortment / cancelled) 12 June 2026.
  3. Applicants who have submitted a correctly completed Application Form between 07.05.2026 and 22.06.2026, they will receive information regarding the status of the application (accepted for implementation / entered on the reservation list – no demand or space for the proposed assortment / cancelled) until 30.06.2026.
  4. We inform you that applications made applications received after 22.06.2026 may not be considered.

 

Sending an offer does not guarantee receiving a stand.

How to prepare to complete an application?

The submission in the electronic registration system consists of 6 steps. Each step will require different information, which is worth preparing in advance.

In the first step, you will be asked to provide company details: invoicing details, contact person details, and acceptance of the terms and conditions.

The data from the second step will be essential for us to make decisions regarding admission to the Fair's Exhibitors.

  • 4 photos presenting the uniqueness and quality of the assortment, a proposal for stand arrangement, and other advantages of the offer (technical requirements: photo weight up to 1MB)
  • brand/company description
  • Menu with prices (Gastronomy Sector)
Optional field
  • it is possible to attach degree scan ASP, SAP etc. (Artists Sector)

In this section, you will decide on your preferred stand type. Information on the available stand types can be found in the price list:

You have the option to select additional equipment and features for the stands. Their list depends on the type of stand and the chosen sector.

Each year, this catalogue is visited with enthusiasm by up to 200,000 people from around the world. This is a great opportunity to present your brand and products to a large audience and to invite them to visit and make purchases. We encourage you to dedicate extra time and complete this section with the utmost care, as it is worth presenting yourself as best as possible.

  • Issuer name - This name will be displayed in the directory on our website. We encourage you to use the name that your brand or stand is most associated with. The name must be unique and cannot be just a product name. Do not use only capital letters (so-called caps lock). We also recommend not to provide full company names from the KRS (National Court Register), but rather their shortened forms. The name can have a maximum of 50 characters (including spaces).

    Examples of correct names: "Honey from Ani's Apiary", "Amber Treasures", "Pol-Invest"

    Examples of incorrect names: "Honeys, Mead", "Amber Jewellery", "POL-INVEST JANUSZ KOWALSKI LTD. LIMITED PARTNERSHIP"

    For the Collectors sector, if you are acting as an individual and/or do not wish to provide your name, please enter the word „COLLECTOR".

  • stall display - Please select from the pre-prepared categories those products that are closest to what will be offered at the stall. Catalogue users will be able to search the list by product name. You may select a maximum of 10 categories, however, they must be consistent with the actual offer.
  • Issuer description - the description will appear after clicking on the business card in the list, next to the attached photos and contact details. In the description, we recommend briefly presenting your company's history, letting visitors know what your speciality is, what you are particularly proud of, and what (or perhaps who?) they can expect at your stand. Please do not add links or contact details in the description – you will be able to attach these in a separate field (max 1000 characters)
  • Logo - for improved readability, the Exhibitors list on the website will only display company logos. The logo is graphics A designation or symbol that represents a brand, product, or person. A logo is not a poster, advertising banner, or photograph.

    If you have a logo, please send it to us in JPG or PNG format. It will be displayed on the website in landscape orientation, with a 3:2 ratio (1080px x 720px), without any additional margins. We encourage you to adapt your logo to this format to avoid it being cropped. The maximum file size is 1MB.

    You can choose to opt out of having a logo on the Exhibitors list, in which case we will place your company name on a standard background instead.

  • photos - you have the option to add up to 4 photos, which will appear on your business card on the website. The photos should be clear and depict the range of goods that will be available at the stand. They don't need to be typical product photos – in addition to the assortment, you can show your stand, or even yourselves – as the craftspeople who created the product.

    Product photos will be displayed in landscape orientation, in a 3:2 ratio (1500px x 1000px), with no additional margins. The maximum file size is 1MB. Photos should not contain any additional graphic elements, text, or advertisements. Photos cannot be collages made up of several different shots.

  • Contact details - this information will be displayed in the appropriate fields on your business card. For links, please enter full website addresses. Only one address can be entered for each field. Filling in the fields below is optional.

In the final step, you have the option to add your own comment – notes to your submission. Then, after checking the summary and giving the necessary consents, you can send your application.
