August 1 and 2 will be held at the St. Fair. Dominika under the sign of the Grand Prix competition. This year, for the first time, a category for gastronomic exhibitors will join the two traditional categories for handicrafts and craftsmen and producers of food delicacies. The awards ceremony will take place on Friday at Świętopełka Square at 17.
Grand Prix prizes are awarded during the St Dominic's Fair since 2001. This is a prestigious competition intended for all exhibitors. Its aim is to consistently improve the quality of the presented offers and promote the best exhibitors. The winners receive statuettes and vouchers to purchase a stand during next year's event. Next Thursday, the competition jury will personally inspect the fair stalls and select winners in two categories: Good Idea - for the best handicrafts and craftsmen and Good Tasty - for exhibitors with a food offer.
This year, a new category was created - Good Taste, which will allow us to especially appreciate gastronomic exhibitors. The competition will take place as part of a gastronomic competition. Exhibitors will prepare live the "best dish" of the St Dominic's Fair. The gastronomic competition will take place for the first time in the history of the Fair, on Friday at 2.00 p.m., at Przystanek Smaków, on Świętopełka Square. Exhibitors will prepare their dishes in two qualifying rounds. They will be judged by authorities in the world of gastronomy: Andrzej Polan and Sebastian Cichy. The competition jury will also include: Piotr Dzik and Paweł Orłowski. At. 17, the final winners of GRAND PRIX 2024 will be announced at Świętopełka Square.
We wish the exhibitors good luck and see you at the awards ceremony.
