Roads came the exhibitor of the Fair! several important organizational changes compared to last year . We also updated the online form. Therefore, before moving to the registration system, please read the following information that will help you prepare for the correct submission of the application.

Basic information about this year's St Dominic's Fair :

  • St Dominic's Fair will take place on the streets of Gdańsk Śródmieście on 26.07 - 17.08.2025. All locations (streets and zones) of the 2024 market will be maintained,
  • "Premium zones" - special, prestigious Locations of the Fair, in 2025 will include ul. Węglarska, Pańska, wide (section from Węgarska to Goldsmiths) and Kołodziejska ,
  • PREMIERE! The new concept and arrangement of the Przystanek Pod Sagles in Ołowianka - the gastronomy zone will be equipped with containers (liquidation of the houses). We will publish detailed information about the zone soon.
  • Preferred assortment - we invite exhibitors to cooperate with a unique, local product, handicraft and design creators (also in the spirit of eco and zero waste), as well as original cuisines in the world, local food products,
  • Event development - in 2025 we continue the Festival Marketing Strategy of the Fair,
  • The Fair Grand Prix - in the next edition a prestigious competition for exhibitors with the most interesting commodity will return, which aims to promote their authors and appreciate the best debuts of the fair.

Principles of participation and important dates:

In connection with the development of the event, changes have been made to improve the process of accepting applications and service of exhibitors.

The submitted offers are analyzed by the verification committee according to the criteria included in the regulations.

  1. Pursuant to the Regulations, the offers of exhibitors with reservation fees made for 2025 are the first to be considered. The exhibitors are required to submit a correctly completed application form within 14 days of receiving an email on the launch of entries (i.e. until 29.04.2025). In the absence of notification on time, priority booking at the Fair expires and the fee will not be refunded.

NOVELTY!

  1. Applicants who submitted a correctly completed application form by 29.04.2025 will receive information on the status of the application (adopted for implementation/entered on the booking list - no demand or space for the proposed assortment/canceled) by 13.06.2025 .
  2. Applicants who submitted a correctly completed application form after 29.04.2025 will receive information on the status of the notification (adopted for implementation/entered on the booking list - no demand or space for the proposed assortment/canceled) by 30.06.2025.
  3. Please be advised that applications made after 23.06.2025 may not be considered.

Sending an offer is not synonymous with receiving a stand.

How to prepare to complete the application?

Application with an electronic registration system consists of 6 steps. In each of them we will need various information that is worth preparing earlier.

In the first step you will be asked to provide company data: invoice data, data authorized to contact and accept the regulations.

Data from the second step will be necessary for us to make a decision to admission to the group of exhibitors of the Fair.
Fields required
  • 4 photos showing the uniqueness and quality of the assortment, the offer of the stand arrangement and other advantages of the offer (technical requirements: photo weight up to 1MB)
  • brand/company description
  • Menu with price list (gastronomy sector)
Optional field
  • It is possible to attach the ASP, SAP, etc. diploma

You can choose additional equipment and options for the stand. Their list depends on the type of stand and the selected sector.

Each year, this catalog visits up to 200,000 with commitment. people from all over the world. This is a great chance to present your brand and products to a large audience and invite you to visit and shop. We encourage you to devote additional time and fill this section with the utmost care, because it is worth presenting yourself as well as possible.

  • The name of the exhibitor - Under this name you will display in the catalog on the website. We encourage you to use the name with which your brand or stand is most associated. The name should be unique and cannot only be the name of the product. Only capital letters should not be used (so -called Caps Lock). We also recommend not to give full names from the National Court Register, and instead their short forms. The name can have a maximum of 50 characters (together with spaces).

    Examples of the correct names: "Honey from the apiary Ania", "Amber Wonder", "Pol-Invest"

    Examples of incorrect names: "honey, drinking honeys", "Amber jewelry", "POL-INVEST Janusz Kowalski sp. Z oo Komandytowa"

    In the case of the collectors sector, if you appear as natural persons and/or do not want to give the name and surname, please enter the word "collector".

  • Assortment at the stand - please choose from prepared categories of products that are closest to what will be offered at the stand. Catalog users will have the opportunity to search the list in terms of product names. You can choose a maximum of 10 categories, but they must be in line with the actual offer.
  • Description of the exhibitor - the description will be displayed after clicking on the business card in the list, next to the attached photos and contact details. In the description, we recommend briefly present the history of your company, let visitors know what is your specialty, which you are particularly proud of and what (or who?) Can be expected at your stand. In the description, please do not add links or contact details - you will be able to attach these in a separate field (max 1000 characters)
  • logo - To increase readability, only the logos of companies will display on the list of exhibitors on the website. The logo is graphic The designation or symbol that represents the brand, product or person. The logo is not a poster, advertising banner or photo.

    If you have a logo, please send it in JPG or PNG format. It will be displayed on the horizontal orientation, in a 3: 2 ratio (1080px x 720px), without additional margins. We encourage you to adapt the logo to this format so that it is not cut. The maximum file size is 1MB.

    You can decide to give up the logo on the list of exhibitors, then in its place we will place the company name on a standard background.

  • photos - you have the option of adding to 4 photoswhich will be displayed in your business card on the website. Photos should be clear and present an assortment that will be available at the stand. They do not have to be typically product photos - in addition to the range, you can show your stand, and even yourself - as craftsmen who created this product.

    Product photos will be displayed in horizontal orientation, in a 3: 2 ratio (1500px x 1000px), without additional margins. The maximum file size is 1MB. The pictures should not have additional graphic elements, inscriptions and ads. Photos cannot be cyclists consisting of several different shots.

  • Contact information - This information will be displayed in the appropriate fields in your business card. In the case of links, please enter the full addresses of the page. You can only enter one address for each field. Filling the fields below is optional.

In the last step you have the option of adding your own comment - comments to notification. Then, after checking the summary and granting the necessary consents, you can send your application.
