If the notification is accepted by the verification commission, the organizer assigns the location and changes the status of notification in the system to "adopted for implementation" - thus the confirmation of participation is generated, which is available on your account in the system.

When completing the application, select the type of infrastructure. Types of stands are assigned to specific locations (streets, squares) and zones (crafts, artists, food art., Gastronomy - foodcourt, collectors).
We try to take into account your suggestions and preferences regarding the location and type of stand, while the organizer makes the final decision.
If you have suggestions for the stand, please enter them in the "Notification" field in the last step of the form. Please do not report individual wishes by phone.
In the zone handicrafts, crafts and artists - artistic own products, painting, regional products, handmade decorations and decorations, ceramics, craft soaps and natural cosmetics, hand -sewn toys made of natural materials, artistic clothing and own designs. Publishers and books for children and youth are highly rated. Products from small manufactories and goods in line with Zero Waste trend are appreciated.
In zones: food and gastronomy - unique cuisines of the world, local cuisines and assortment: fish, regional cheese and sausages, bread and baked goods, soreness, tinctures, chocolate products and craft sweets, herbs and spices, coffee from small roasters, teas, natural and vegan products.
One-day stands are available only in the Collectors' zone.
The organizer does not sell stands for several days. For exceptions to the rule, the consent of the Organizer is required - please contact the Fair Office.
Yes , in accordance with the regulations, Exhibitors conduct sales on all days of the Fair.
Pursuant to the regulations, issuing exhibitions beyond the commercial space and setting communication routes and/or fire roads is prohibited. The organizer provides penalties for breaking the rules of the regulations.
Collectors' Zone - it is not possible to supply electricity to the stands
Zones: craftsmanship, artists, food art. - Possibility to order electricity*:
*Note: The exception are the locations of the stands on ul. Tkacka, Kołodziejska, Stagiewny Bridge, fish market (at the Hilton Hotel) and one side (from the street) of Podwale Staromiejski, where there will be no possibility to supply electricity.
Electricity must be ordered for each wooden house stand.
Gastronomy zone - minimum current connection is 3kW
If the demand for electricity is limited to lighting, fiscal power supply, etc., then a single -phase power supply up to 3kW is enough.
If additional devices are used in the house, e.g. a fridge, kettle, make a list of these devices, check their demand on the rated plates or user manuals and provide a total value. If the demand exceeds 3kW, then three -phase (force) power supply is necessary.
In the majority of the location, yes, but only in the hours strictly designated by the organizer, taking into account the regulations that apply on the zones. According to the regulations, the delivery may take place only in hours before and after trade - you must not enter the market during trading hours.
Cards are issued after 100% payment of the service fee and the deposit for the stand.
The Exhibitor receives them on the day the Exhibitors enter the Fair Service Office. We will inform you about the location of the Office in the Order Information sent to the address provided in the application.
No, there is no cash available at the Fair Service Office. All fees must be paid before arriving at the fair. It is not possible to take a stand without paying a 100% payment of the operational fee and deposit for the stand.
Exhibitors will have the opportunity to pay with a Subscription Card for parking spaces in precisely defined places. And the number of places is limited . The order of applications is decisive.
No, there is an absolute ban on parking cars at stands and in commercial areas. The organizer provides penalties for breaking the rules of the regulations.
Advertisements in the form of goats, advertising banners on the fronts of houses, roll-ups , light ads, advertising stands is firmly prohibited. The organizer provides penalties for breaking the rules of the regulations.

Each assortment change requires the organizer's consent. In the case of gastronomy, this also applies to changes in the price list.
Yes, for all services sold, the organizer issues FV VAT , which are available after logging in to your account in the system .

You can apply for the Fair ( by completing the application) from the moment the sales system opens - until all stands are sold.
After acceptance by the Verification Committee, the Organizer assigns a location and changes the status of the application in the system to "accepted for processing" - thus generating a Confirmation of Participation available to the Exhibitor in the sales system.
