Yoga by the Motława

Your breath in the heart of the city

Imagine a warm afternoon, the sun gently reflecting on the waters of the Motława, and you unfolding a mat on the green grass. Around you, great people, good energy, and no rush. Sounds good? This is exactly what we're preparing for you!
We invite you to a series of summer yoga sessions in the heart of Gdańsk, but away from the urban hustle and bustle. It's the perfect opportunity to recharge your batteries, stretch after a long day, and simply feel good.

And who will take you on this journey?
Our reliable guides to the world of peace and balance:

Patrycja from Balance and the City
and Filip Hanc!
These are absolute professionals with incredible energy who know how to make everyone – regardless of their skill level – feel at home on the mat.

It doesn't matter if you've been standing on your head for years or just want to see what this whole "downward-facing dog" is all about. Our sessions are for everyone. No stress, no pressure, just totally relaxed.

What do I need to take?
First of all your favourite yoga mat, comfortable clothing and a good mood!
And if in the heat of preparations the mat is left at home – don't panic! We'll have a few spares. for the forgetful.

Come on down, soak up the atmosphere, meet some great people, and give yourself a moment to take a deep breath.

The event is organised with the support of Port of Gdańsk, our Partner for Cultural and Recreational Events on Ołowianka Island.
