You are warmly invited to the 5th edition of the Football Film Festival - a competitive review of the best achievements in documentary filmmaking, exclusively on the theme of football, intended only for domestic filmmakers.
Traditionally, we will meet in Gdańsk; this year the festival will once again enrich the cultural offer of the 766th St. Dominic's Fair, becoming an integral part of it.
Film screenings and an awards ceremony will take place from 2 to 8 August in the square next to the Baltic Philharmonic on Ołowianka. Accompanying events will also be held during the festival – a Festival Overture for everyone, Football Summer Cinema, and a meeting with a well-known figure from the world of football. Admission to all screenings and events is free.
The aim of the Festival is to review and promote Polish documentary films (short and feature-length) on the subject of football, as well as to promote a healthy lifestyle. Soon the application process will be launched on the official Festival profile on Film Freeway. Both professionals and amateurs can apply. The Selection Committee will select 11 productions for the competition.
