The festival of Gdańsk flavors is a unique three -day celebration of good food in the heart of Gdańsk! Under the patronage of the European Capital of Gastronomy, we have prepared for you a program full of culinary inspirations, tasting and unforgettable experience for taste buds!
Together with the Gdańsk tourist organization, we will take you on a culinary journey through Gdańsk flavors, both historical and modern.
August 1 - Grand Prix competition good taste

The GRAND PRIX Award Good taste is a distinction awarded to the best gastronos during each edition of the Fair.
During the last edition, the exhibitors prepared their dishes in two elimination turns. They were assessed by: Andrzej Polan and Sebastian Cichy, i.e. authorities in the world of gastronomy, as well as the chairman of the Grand Prix, councilor of the city of Gdańsk, Piotr Dzik and vice president of the International Gdańsk Fair, Paweł Orłowski.
The Grand Prix good taste from the hands of the jury was received by: Azima - for pilaf and basement of councilors - for fried herring. The Grand Prix was received by a representative of the Cuban cuisine RC Reinaldo - for Vieja oil or jerked beef with yellow rice.
The competition will also return during this edition, this time as part of the new holiday of Gdańsk flavors.
August 2 - Silent Polana Smaków

St Dominic's Fair is an event during which we can also engage in charity initiatives, which is why today we invite you to the third edition of a unique event - a quiet clearing of flavors.
The heroes of this event are Sebastian Cichy and Andrzej Polan, who will lead an exciting live cooking show with a tasting, which will also be a charity. The chefs will demonstrate spectacular culinary shows, sharing their extraordinary skills and kitchen secrets.

August 3 - joint celebration of the Gdańsk receiving the title of the European Capital of Gastronomy Culture

It will be an extremely delicious St Dominic's Fair ! As part of the celebration of receipt by Gdańsk, the European Capital of Gastronomic Culture 2025, gastronomers, local producers and artists will appear on the Świętopełka square, who will ensure the power of attractions for all age groups.
The program will include, among others: tastings of dishes from Starogdańsk recipes, learning to create cheese, workshops for making bee wax candles and many more!
