The Polish People's Republic taught us creativity - now it is called zero waste. We will meet with chefs who will show how to cook with leftovers and how to do something delicious from "ordinary". There will also be a competition for the most ingenious dish from the era and the quiz "Return to the future" about retro changes that come back today - from larvae dinners to repair instead of throwing away.
