Meeting with Maciej Żynda, with the author of the exhibition CICHOBIEL, presented at the University of Gdańsk Museum, will be a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the silence and light of the distant North – the real, non-Instagrammable one, steeped in cold. We will talk about what reality is like in Spitsbergen, how to prepare for an Arctic expedition, and why sometimes the best answer to the question „what do you want for breakfast?” is: „a ticket to Spitsbergen”.
We'll take a look behind the scenes of nature photography, where chance meets deep reflection, and silence becomes an almost metaphysical experience. There will also be conversations about women – those who carry the world, lead through snowy wildernesses, and accompany us on artistic and life journeys.
