What is happening in the museum now?
The museum lives not only with history. During St Dominic's Fair we invite you to special events that will allow you to look at Gdańsk from a completely new, university perspective during Tuesday curatorial guards .
In addition, until October 18 you can immerse yourself in silence and raw beautiful Arctic thanks to the temporary exhibition "Cichobiel" . It is a series of unusual, monochrome photographs by Maciej Żynda - a philosopher, computer science and artist who in his works captured inaccessible landscapes of Spitsbergen. This exhibition is a study of stillness, silence and light, which remains in memory for a long time.
