It's gorgeous! It has two levels, is 11.5 metres high and 12 metres in diameter, and can carry 78 passengers at once. It was made specially for Gdańsk, modelled on Venetian carousels, in a family-run Italian manufactory. It is decorated with colourful, hand-painted sculptures: horses, chariots, teacups, and benches. All the figures are mobile – they gallop, sway, and spin to the rhythm of stylish music. The chariots are adapted for people with disabilities. The carousel's crowning ornament is decorated with ornaments and paintings depicting elements of Gdańsk's architecture and landscape.
