Gdansk flavors at your fingertips
The Gdańsk tourist organization came out with the initiative to show and promote Gdańsk cuisine. The leading local restaurateurs were invited to take up the challenge of preparing and serving dishes modeled on nineteenth-century dishes. Each restaurateur chooses recipes that inspire him the most and adapts them to his style and restaurant concept. The regulations are used in an innovative way and with attention to the highest quality ingredients. This is how unique dishes are created, which refer to culinary traditions and at the same time bring a creative element to them.
If you are visiting the fair, you don't have to look far. We have a unique proposal for you "here and now". We invite you to the gastronomic point of Gdańsk's flavors, where specially prepared "fair" dishes are served in the cooperation of restaurateurs and producers of local products. Three partner restaurants will serve during the entire Fair: Oria Magic House, a basement of councilors and Kashubian flavors. Each of them has developed their own "flavors" menu.
