An almost hour-long, wonderful, rhyming story, written in excellent Polish. The text by Jarosław Gmitrzuk and co-author Jolanta Mrotek received the highest marks from both critics and audiences. The story contains action, dialogues, monologues, reflections and, most importantly, a deep meaning. The performance does not shy away from smiles and wit, at times evoking emotion and prompting philosophical reflection.
The beautiful stage design, specially created by Małgorzata Tarasewicz-Wosik, references places where Nicolaus Copernicus stayed.
Characters connected to his life come to life in interesting puppet forms, creating an amazing atmosphere. Renaissance music perfectly complements the atmosphere of the performance.
