Merchants, traders, craftsmen and artists are the DNA of the Fair. It's here you'll find unique handmade products – from clothing and decorations to local specialities and home goods. Many of them are created in single copies or short runs, and each item has its own story and clearly stands out from mass-produced items.
Even without buying anything, it's worth visiting here – the creators are happy to talk about their craft and inspirations, and direct encounters are an important part of the event.
Artists, craftspeople and makers are also actively involved in the process of applying for the inscription of selected Fair traditions onto the National List of Intangible Cultural Heritage. The application for this is to be submitted before this year's edition of the Fair.
The organiser of the St. Dominic's Fair is Międzynarodowe Targi Gdańskie S.A., the owner of AMBEREXPO – one of the most modern exhibition and congress facilities in Poland. We specialise in organising events of local, national, and international scope: trade fairs, exhibitions, congresses, conferences, events, fairs, and outdoor events.
