If you have not previously been an exhibitor at the St. Dominic's Fair or Christmas Market, it will be necessary to create an account in the system. Registration.   1. Applicants who have submitted a correctly completed Application Form by 06.05.2026, you will receive information regarding the status of your application (accepted for implementation / entered on the reservation list – no demand or space for the proposed assortment / cancelled) 12.06.2026.

  2. Applicants who have submitted a correctly completed Application Form between 07.05.2026 and 22.06.2026, they will receive information regarding the status of the application (accepted for implementation / entered on the reservation list – no demand or space for the proposed assortment / cancelled) until 30.06.2026.

  3. We inform you that applications made applications received after 22.06.2026 may not be considered.

If the application is accepted by the Verification Committee, the Organiser will assign a location and change the application status in the system to „approved for realisation” – this will generate a Confirmation of Participation, which will be available in your account on the system. 

The document contains: the value of the payment application, the allocated stand number, and other important information that should be reviewed.

The fair takes place in the city centre and includes the following zones and streets: 

  • Craft, handicrafts and artists- Tkacka, Kołodziejska, Węglarska, Pańska, Podmłyńska, Holy Spirit Street, Grobla I, III and IV, Podwale Staromiejskie (from Targ Rybny, via U Furty to Lawendowa), Straganiarska, Szeroka, Targ Drzewny, Rajska,
  • Foodstuffs- Szeroka, Grobla IV, Pańska and Podmłyńska, 
  • Collectors- Coal Market, area near the Slaughterhouse
  • Gastronomy - world cuisines- Świętopełka Park/Grobla II, Fish Market - Square, Ołowianka Island, Rajska - Heweliusz Square, Coal Market

When completing the application, you must select the type of infrastructure. Stall types are assigned to specific locations (streets, squares) and zones (crafts, artists, food, catering – food court, collectors).

We endeavour to take your suggestions and preferences regarding the location and type of stall into consideration, although the final decision rests with the organiser.

If you have any suggestions regarding the stand, please enter them in the „Remarks for application” field in the final step of the Form. Please do not submit individual requests by phone.

In the Craft, Artisan and Artist zone– artistic handmade items, painting, regional products, handmade decorations and ornaments, ceramics, artisanal soaps and natural cosmetics, handmade fabric toys made from natural materials, artistic clothing and accessories from own designs. Publications and books for children and young people are highly rated. Products from small manufactories and goods in line with the zero-waste trend are appreciated.

In the zones: Groceries and Gastronomy– unique world cuisines, local cuisines, and a range of products: fish, regional cheeses and cured meats, bread and baked goods, sourdough starters, liqueurs, chocolate and artisan sweets, herbs and spices, coffee from small roasters, teas, natural and vegan products.

One-day stands are only planned for the Collector's Zone. 

The organiser does not sell stalls for multiple days. Deviations from this rule require the Organiser's consent – please contact the Fair Office. 

Yes, In accordance with the regulations, Exhibitors conduct sales on all days. duration Fair.

In accordance with the Regulations, displaying exhibits outside the commercial space and obstructing passageways and/or fire routes is prohibited. The Organiser reserves the right to impose penalties for breaches of the Regulations.

Collectors' Zone- it is not possible to supply electricity to the stalls 

Zones: Crafts, Artists, Foodstuffs– possibility of ordering electricity supply*: 

  • 230V to 1kW (including deemed consumption) 
  • 230V to 3kW (with additional consumption charged, according to meter) - excluding stalls 

Please note: an exception applies to the locations of stalls on Tkacka Street, Kołodziejska Street, Stagiewny Bridge, Fish Market (by the Hilton hotel) and one side (facing the street) of Podwale Staromiejskie, where it will not be possible to supply electricity. 

For every wooden booth stall, ordering an electricity connection is mandatory. 

Food Zone- minimum power connection is 3kW 

If the electricity demand is limited to lighting, powering the cash register, etc., then single-phase power of up to 3kW is sufficient. 

If additional appliances, such as a refrigerator or kettle, are to be used in the chalet, a list of these appliances must be compiled, their requirements checked on their rating plates or in their user manuals, and the total value provided. If the demand exceeds 3kW, three-phase power is required. 

In the vast majority of locations, yes, but only within strictly designated hours by the Organiser, taking into account the regulations that apply in the zones. According to the Delivery Regulations, deliveries may only take place before and after trading hours – entering the Fairgrounds during trading hours is not permitted. 

Cards are issued once the service charge and the stall deposit have been paid.  

The exhibitor will receive them on the day Exhibitors enter the Fair's Service Office. The location of the Service Office will be provided in the Order Information sent to the address given in the application. 

No, there is no cash desk available at the Fair Service Office. All fees must be paid before arriving at the Fair. It is not possible to take a stall without paying the service charge and the stall deposit. 

Exhibitors will have the opportunity to pay for a Season Ticket for spaces in the technical zone at strictly designated locations. The number of spaces is limited. Applications will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

No, parking cars at stalls and in commercial areas is strictly prohibited. The organiser anticipates penalties for breach of the Regulations.  

Adverts in the form of A-boards, advertising banners on the facades of houses,roll-ups, The use of illuminated signs and advertising stands is strictly prohibited. The organiser anticipates penalties for breach of the Regulations.  

Stand out! A fair isn't just about sales – prepare a small workshop related to your industry or demonstrations of goods creation at your stand. 

Remember to have an attractive range of goods and an interesting stall layout. 

Let yourself be remembered – prepare advertising materials about your brand. Customers will have the opportunity to return to you all year round!

Any change to the range of goods requires the Organiser's consent. In the case of Catering, this also applies to changes in the price list. 

Yes, the Organiser will issue a VAT invoice for all services sold.
