PRL taught us creativity – now it’s called zero waste. We'll meet chefs who will show us how to cook with leftovers and how to make something delicious out of „nothing at all”. There will also be a competition for the most inventive dish from the era and a „Back to the Future” quiz about retro changes that are returning today – from vegetarian dinners to repairing instead of throwing away. A bit of history with „Kuroniówka Soup” in the background. To try – of course, the SOUP!
