Said Exhibitors\u00a0<strong>are obliged to submit a correctly completed Participation Application Form within 7 days<\/strong>\u00a0from receiving the email about the opening of registrations (i.e. until 28.04.2026). We encourage you to use the name that your brand or stand is most associated with. The name must be unique and cannot be just a product name. Do not use only capital letters (so-called caps lock). We also recommend not to provide full company names from the KRS (National Court Register), but rather their shortened forms. The name can have a maximum of 50 characters (including spaces).\n<p>Examples of correct names: \"Honey from Ani's Apiary\", \"Amber Treasures\", \"Pol-Invest\"<\/p>\n<p>Examples of incorrect names: \"Honeys, Mead\", \"Amber Jewellery\", \"POL-INVEST JANUSZ KOWALSKI LTD. LIMITED PARTNERSHIP\"<\/p>\n<p>For the Collectors sector, if you are acting as an individual and\/or do not wish to provide your name, please enter the word \u201eCOLLECTOR\".<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>stall display<\/strong>&nbsp;- Please select from the pre-prepared categories those products that are closest to what will be offered at the stall. Catalogue users will be able to search the list by product name. You may select a maximum of 10 categories, however, they must be consistent with the actual offer.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Issuer description<\/strong>&nbsp;- the description will appear after clicking on the business card in the list, next to the attached photos and contact details. In the description, we recommend briefly presenting your company's history, letting visitors know what your speciality is, what you are particularly proud of, and what (or perhaps who?) they can expect at your stand. Please do not add links or contact details in the description \u2013 you will be able to attach these in a separate field (max 1000 characters)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Logo<\/strong>&nbsp;- for improved readability, the Exhibitors list on the website will only display company logos. The logo is&nbsp;<u>graphics<\/u>&nbsp;A designation or symbol that represents a brand, product, or person. A logo is not a poster, advertising banner, or photograph.\n<p>If you have a logo, please send it to us in JPG or PNG format. It will be displayed on the website in landscape orientation, with a 3:2 ratio (1080px x 720px), without any additional margins. We encourage you to adapt your logo to this format to avoid it being cropped.
