DOMINIC'S FAIR 2026\n<\/h3><div class=\"bde-rich-text-1051-137-10904-1051-1 bde-rich-text bde-rich-text-1051-137 breakdance-rich-text-styles\">\n<p>Dear Sir\/Madam,<\/p>\n<p>Below we present selected information, abbreviated participation rules, and important dates for the St. Dominic's Fair 2026.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Basic information about this year's St. Dominic's Fair:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The St. Dominic's Fair in the streets of the City Centre will take place from 25.07 \u2013 16.08.2026.<\/p>\n<p>2) <strong>IMPORTANT! <\/strong>New locations will be included in this year's St. Dominic's Fair:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>For Crafts\/Artists and Foodstuffs:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u2013 A wide section from Pa\u0144ska Street to Drzewny Market<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Rajska \u2013 extension to Heweliusza Street<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Old Town Cellars \u2013 section from U Furty Street to Lawendowa Street<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Collector's Zone<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Coal Market<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 area near the Katownia<\/p>\n<p>3)<strong> The market will not take place on the streets:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2013 D\u0142ugie Ogrody Street (Collectors)<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Szafarnia Street (Crafts, Artists, Foodstuffs)<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Most St\u0105giewny (Crafts, Artists)<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Green Bridge (Crafts, Artists)<\/p>\n<p>4)<strong> \u201ePremium Zones\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 special, prestigious locations of the Fair, in the year 2026, will include\u00a0<strong>W\u0119glarska Street, Pa\u0144ska Street, Szeroka Street (section from W\u0119glarska to Z\u0142otnik\u00f3w), Ko\u0142odziejska Street<\/strong> and <strong>Podm\u0142y\u0144sk\u0105 (NEW) and stalls at Grobla I (NEW)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>5) Preferred range \u2013 we invite Exhibitors with unique, local products, artisans and designers (also in the spirit of eco and zero waste), as well as original world cuisines and local food produce to collaborate.<\/p>\n<p>6) Event Development \u2013 Continuing the Festival Marketing Strategy for the Fair<\/p>\n<p>7) Grand Prix Market \u2013 a prestigious competition for Exhibitors with the most interesting merchandise, aimed at promoting their authors and recognising the best Market debuts.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Terms and conditions of participation and important dates:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Submitted tenders are analysed by the Verification Committee according to the criteria set out in the Regulations.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>In accordance with the Regulations, offers from Exhibitors who have made booking fees for 2026 are considered first. Said Exhibitors\u00a0<strong>are obliged to submit a correctly completed Participation Application Form within 7 days<\/strong>\u00a0from receiving the email about the opening of registrations (i.e. until 28.04.2026). We encourage you to complete the Participation Application Form.<\/p>\n<p>To streamline the completion of the application, please prepare:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>1) <strong>Step 2. \u2013 Exhibitor's offer data, which are obligatory:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2013\u00a0<strong>4 photos<\/strong>\u00a0Showcasing the uniqueness and quality of the range, a proposal for stand arrangement, and other benefits of the offer (technical requirements: photo weight up to 1MB),<\/p>\n<p>\u2013\u00a0<strong>brand\/company description<\/strong>,<\/p>\n<p>\u2013\u00a0<strong>Menu with prices<\/strong>\u00a0(Gastronomy Sector)<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 it is possible to attach\u00a0<strong>degree scan<\/strong>\u00a0ASP, SAP etc. (Artists' Sector).<\/p>\n<p>2) <strong>Step 5. \u2013 Data for the Exhibitor Catalogue on the website:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Each year, the catalogue attracts up to 200,000 engaged visitors from all over the world. This is a great opportunity to showcase your brand and products to potential customers and invite them to visit and make purchases. We encourage you to dedicate extra time and complete this section with the utmost care, as it is worthwhile to present yourselves in the best possible light.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013\u00a0<strong>Issuer name<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 This name will be displayed in the directory on the website. We encourage you to use the name that your brand or stand is most associated with. The name should be unique and cannot be just a product name. Do not use only capital letters (so-called caps lock). We also recommend not providing full KRS (National Court Register) names, but rather their shortened forms. The name can have a maximum of 50 characters (including spaces).<\/p>\n<p>Examples of correct names: \u201cHoney from Ani's apiary\u201d, \u201cAmber Wonders\u201d, \u201cPol-Invest\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Examples of incorrect names: \u201cHoneys, Mead\u201d, \u201cAmber Jewellery\u201d, \u201cPOL-INVEST JANUSZ KOWALSKI LIMITED PARTNERSHIP\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In the case of the Collectors sector, if you are acting as a private individual and\/or do not wish to provide your name and surname, please enter the word \u201eCOLLECTOR\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013\u00a0<strong>stall selection \u2013<\/strong>\u00a0Please select from the prepared categories those products that are closest to what will be offered at the stand. Catalogue users will be able to search the list by product names. You can select a maximum of 10 categories, however, they must be consistent with the actual offer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2013 issuer description<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 the description will appear when you click on the business card in the list, next to the attached photos and contact details. In the description, we recommend briefly presenting your company's history, letting visitors know what your specialty is, what you are particularly proud of, and what (or perhaps who?) can be expected at your stand. Please do not add links or contact details to the description \u2013 you will be able to attach these in a separate field (max 1000 characters)<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 <strong>logo\u00a0<\/strong>to increase readability, on the Exhibitor list page, we will display only company logos. The logo is\u00a0<u>graphics<\/u>\u00a0A designation or symbol that represents a brand, product, or person. A logo is not a poster, advertising banner, or photograph.<\/p>\n<p>If you have a logo, please send it to us in JPG or PNG format. It will be displayed on the website in landscape orientation, with a 3:2 ratio (1080px x 720px), without any additional margins. We encourage you to adapt your logo to this format to avoid it being cropped. The maximum file size is 1MB.<\/p>\n<p>You can choose to opt out of having a logo on the Exhibitors list, in which case we will place your company name on a standard background instead.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2013 photos<\/strong>\u00a0- you have the option to add up to 4\u00a0<strong>pictures,<\/strong>\u00a0which will be displayed on your profile on the website. The photos should be clear and present the assortment that will be available at the stand. They don't have to be typical product shots - in addition to the assortment, you can show your stand, or even yourselves - as the craftspeople who created this product.<\/p>\n<p>Product photos will be displayed in landscape orientation, in a 3:2 ratio (1500px x 1000px), with no additional margins. The maximum file size is 1MB. Photos should not contain any additional graphic elements, text, or advertisements. Photos cannot be collages made up of several different shots.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2013 contact details<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 this information will be displayed in the relevant fields on your business card. For links, please enter the full website addresses. You can enter only one address for each field.
