This is the first of four planned KOR meetings, bringing together representatives of the services and institutions responsible for safety and for the smooth running of the city during the Fair. Around one table sit representatives of the police, the municipal police and the fire service, the ambulance service, the Sanitary and Epidemiological Station, the Department of Safety and Crisis Management, as well as the City Hall, the Gdańsk Roads Authority and the Gdańsk Green Spaces Authority.
The regular meetings cover all the key issues involved in organising the event – from changes to traffic arrangements and the safety of participants, through monitoring and medical cover, to waste collection and the day-to-day coordination of the individual services.
