The first weekend of the Festival of Wonders was all about the Bread Festival. This year marks its 31st edition! As every year, the judges assessed baked goods from both master bakers and self-taught bakers who bake their bread at home.
Winners
- The main prize and the title of the Bread Festival's Confectionery Delicacy went to the fruit tart from Cukiernia Eres.
- In the vote for the Bread Festival's Baking Delicacy, the prize went to Piekarnia Mielnik for its high-protein bread.
- The best home-baked entry, in turn, was prepared by Ms Joanna Reglińska.
