Facilities: ground floor
9:30 – Classes for children (3+ with a guardian) - 45–60 minutes (depending on the group's energy)
On summer mornings, we invite children over 3 years old (with an adult) to joyful, movement-filled and calming sessions among the greenery. Through play, we teach:
• mindfulness and concentration,
• self-control and recognising emotions,
• awareness of one's own body.
We will also offer breathing-and-vocal exercises and elements of yoga for children
11:00 – Classes for adults - Duration: approx. 60 minutes (depending on the group)
Join us for simple, shared movement — regardless of age or physical fitness. The classes will improve mobility, but above all, wellbeing. In an atmosphere of lightness and togetherness, we will use:
• exercises inspired by singing and dance techniques,
• techniques supporting the respiratory and circulatory systems,
• gentle stretching and mindful movement.
We adapt the pace and format to the group's energy, and in case of bad weather, we move to an indoor space.
No prior registration required – just come along!
Please bring comfortable clothing and drinking water.
Children take part with an adult guardian.
The classes are free and open to everyone.
About the instructor:
Kasia Szewciów – a cultural animator, facilitator and body-work trainer. For several years, she has run her own anti-stress workshops and body-awareness sessions, drawing on elements of choreotherapy, mindfulness and relaxation techniques. She creates a safe, mindful space where participants can reconnect with themselves, release tension and look after their psychophysical wellbeing.
She works with Nadbałtyckie Centrum Kultury, where she coordinates international projects. She combines institutional work experience with practices supporting emotional and social health – both in workshop rooms and in less formal meeting spaces. You can find her on Facebook, on the page Jedność ciała i umysłu (Unity of Body and Mind).
