We invite you to a unique series of summer „Chopin Concerts”, where piano virtuosity meets an unrepeatable atmosphere! This is the perfect opportunity to slow down for a moment, relax, and immerse yourself in the timeless works of Poland's greatest composer and his world.
Daniel Ziomko – Chopin, the Soul of Romanticism
The meeting with the classics will open with a conversation with Daniel Ziomko – an award-winning pianist, multiple prizewinner and finalist of the National Fryderyk Chopin Competitions. The artist has had the honour of presenting his interpretations in such exceptional places as NOSPR, the Fryderyk Chopin Museum and the composer's famous monument in Warsaw's Royal Łazienki Park. We'll talk to him about what it's like to play Chopin's music for audiences from around the world, and what the secret is to true piano elegance.
Next, the stage will be taken over by Mathis Veschi – a student at the Gdańsk Academy of Music, who will set the right mood with his half-hour recital full of freshness. Finally, our main guest will sit down at the keyboard to present the most beautiful works of the Polish master. We have an afternoon of classical finesse of the highest calibre ahead of us.
